Another short walk — a mere six/seven hours (including a drink stop at a handy mountain restaurant). This time it’s on the south side of Glärnisch, starting near Schwanden and then climbing a thousand metres to a couple of picturesque alps and then down again.
This is all in practice for the Zeinenfurggel megawalk in a month or so, which is an actual alpine grade (T4), where I’ll actually be going over the top (through the passes) of some of the stuff on the right.
…I need to either get some higher-factor sunblock, or else put way more on. I feel… toasty. I suspect I may be noticing this tomorrow.
