It's just come to my attention that Melissa, my experimental chatbot, was incorrectly licensed: it links to libpurple which is distributable under the GPL, and not the LGPL as I'd previously thought. So I am obliged to also release Melissa under the GPL in order to meet its legal requirements. As a result I've just produced a new Melissa release with a changed license. Sorry for the inconvenience.
There are no actual technical changes.
